I don't think they are ignorant. I think they are lazy! People may not know all the reasons that it is important to pick up after their dogs, but they know they should be picking it up. A lot of places have baggies hanging up with trash cans, so what is the excuse then?
My girls go on pads, but obviously when we go for walks we have to wade through all the (literal) crap out there. There is nothing hard about hooking a baggie holder with bags to a leash and using it. I don't know what is worse the geese or the lazy owners who don't pick up after their dogs! |
