My younger boy, the waif, has the same tummy issues. You can work on changing Moose into a scheduled eater and still give him 3-4 pieces of kibble later in the evening. His system should regulate so that his pooping gets on a schedule.

To encourage him to eat in the morning, take him on a walk or play fetch. Get his motor running and hand feed a few kibble in the am if necessary. Or you can encourage him to eat with a teaspoon of plain, no additives yogurt.

The move to your new home is probably the reason for the changes in behavior.
