My Yorkie is 2 years old and the past 2 weeks, he has been itching terribly.
He is scratching so much, I am finding hair everywhere and it is getting alot of knots in it. I told the groomer to use something for dry skin but it is not helping at all. I have not used a supplement yet, but can someone tell me something to give him some relief now?

Also, he has a long coat, should I cut it short for awhile? Will that help at all. I feel sorry for him trying to brush all these knots out. I do brush him frequently trying to prevent this problem.
