We have a hefty city fine for not picking it up...I voted for it and the city provided biodegradable bags in accordance with other city regulations...

Dealing with neighbors in a shared yard where you would have to be on watch to see who it was would drive me crazy! Been there before but myself and another were the only ones with dogs and the yard maintenance guy actually noted I always carried bags...I guess I was lucky they received an eviction notice, penalty fines and on their second chance figured out they needed to pick up pooh...prior to that though I have to say I went down the Dollar tree and bought them a couple boxes of potty pick up bags...I'm "rude" like that hoping they'd get the hint that way...putting the bag boxes on their porch...

I use these though...but it was the point they even have them for a dollar a box....I left the receipt in the bag.

Concretegurl--you remind me of my Dad. When we moved to VA, my Dad is the type of person who kept his yard immaculate. One of the neighbors dog kept coming in our yard and pooping. One day, he picked it up, put it in a bag, rang their doorbell and when they answered it handed them the bag. Needless to say, they never would come to a BBQ at our house...LOL

Gypsyqueen--I am sorry you are going through this but I did giggle out loud when I read your statement highlighted in red above. Report the problem to the main office.(if they are not already made aware by the groundskeeper).
