@ Wylies Mom: You said you put the eggs into boiling water...and they didn't immediately break? I always thought you had to put them into cold water and let them come up in temperature with the water to prevent breaking. Were the eggs straight from the 'frig into boiling water? Do let me know please.
All the egg talk...got home too late (work/son's basketball practice/life) to make a real dinner. I boiled eggs and made an egg salad sandwich!! Son gagged at that thought (he's 14 naturally) so he ate cereal... Hey some nights are just like that!
