Well, congratulations! Glad to hear it.

Coincidentally, these instructions are also perfect for poaching eggs. Bring a large, deep, pot of water to boil with salt and vinegar. Crack the eggs and drop them in. Use a slotted spoon for extraction. Just be careful of the foam, use your slotted spoon to skim.
