We are so glad you found Yorkie Talk. I bet your pup is a little darling. He sure is a cutie pie! I'm glad to hear you have him in an x-pen when you can't watch him closely. I would be trying to keep him occupied with toys and reinforcing that chewing on the carpet isn't a good thing. Tell him no, but be careful not to scare him. At least that is what worked for me.
