My previous yorkie had a cottony coat and I LOVED it - she was soft as a bunny. I used Coat Handler on her and my poodle and it was the bomb. I just used a 16 oz soda bottle, put an ounce of shampoo in it, filled with water and was ready to bathe. Had another for conditioner.

My current pup has a silky coat, and my groomer is using Nova Pearls on her. It's going well, so I'm investing in a gallon of that. It's a 5:1. My groomer is happy to buy me shampoos at cost and let me pay what she pays. She's so great!! This silky coat is a mystery yet; my baby's just 16 weeks so far!
