Marsha of miracleyorkies.com is very nice and is in NC. She has clean facilities and has a pups available. She is a hobby breeder but ultimately reputable. Check her out.
I got my Troy from a different breeder in Georgia, but when that breeder was ill, Marsha helped with adopting a few of her dogs and finding them homes. One of the dogs she found a home for was my yorkies brother. So she linked us up for a mini reunion. Very nice lady.
