Jed is 13 weeks. It seems like he is sleeping ALOT! What would you call "normal" amount of time spent sleeping for a pup this size?

His is eating and drinking fine. Poo & pee is fine. (only occasional accident) He sleeps with me and DH at night. Usually he wants to go to bed by 8:30. Gets up 2 times during the night to do his pottie thing, then wants to sleep till about 9:30! Follows me around the house while I clean and straighten up, we have several play times because I just can't stand those eyes begging me to get down there with him! As soon as I stand still or sit down he either lays in his bed, or at my feet, (if I am still) or he wants in my lap.
