They last about a month, then you have to replace the cartridge...One covers 500-700 square feet...My house is about 1500 square feet, so I have one in the front of the house (living room) and one in the back bedroom, and it seems to cover te whole house...My pups always get the "zoomies" right before they're going to crash at night...It used to make me crazy w/all the running around, chasing, barking and carrying on...Now I realize they're getting ready to go to sleep...Darndest thing I've ever seen, but then they are yorkies lol...
WOW, I'm going to look into that myself....do you leave it in all day or just put it in at night?
