I need advise, please help. My daughter took my yorkies a bath and decided to tie their hair up around the bottom area as I do. But she tied the rubberband around their actual tail and not on the hair itself. The tail is swollen,red and bleeding. Wwhat should I do??? Does anyone know or can advise me on what to do??????? PLEASE.....
