Have you tried a Rescue? There are lots of great puppies out there in need of a forever home, I wish I had more information on NC Rescues but you can get in touch with United Yorkie Rescue United Yorkie Rescue - A 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Yorkshire Terrier Rescue Organization or http://www.petfinder.com/index.html to search for Yorkies in your area.
