I suppose I'm checking the info I received from the breeder I bought Hercules from. She told me that he can have people food. She said that veggies and fruit and meat were important to add to his diet as well as his dry food. I bought the Beneful Prepared meals that have real meat and vegetables but I was wondering about the fruit. I gave Hercules a piece of pear and he loved it, but is it healthy for him? I don't want to keep giving him anything that will hurt him. I suppose my issue is that I have always been told that people food is bad for dogs. Thanks for any help.
