Hi, I don't know if you are asking me that or the OP. Reese has been checked for pancreatis, and it came back negative. She has always just said that she has a very sensitive stomach but never recommended anything for it. When she does have diarrea, she will prescribe flagile (sp) which does work immediately. Other than that she has just told me to be cautious of what we feed her, ie: table food, etc.
Rice will work very quickly to bind her stomach, but since she has a tendency to gain weight so easily, I do not love giving it to her. Someone had also mentioned corn syrup, which I was also told is very fattening. I have a two fold problem with Reese, since her stomach is so sensitive and she is overweight. You would think with her history of vomiting, she would be very thin. She isn't at all. Thanks for your thoughts, even if it wasn't directed toward me. |
