Okay, I agree with the incubation period, but they could have had it prior and not known. Sorry, I am so sensitive to this because Tia came with it and spread it to everybody too. My vet did not even notice it. I am the one who questioned it after I got it. I noticed when we first got her that she had little scabs and thought nothing of it. The breeder had warned me prior that she had a little fight with her brothers and had cut her lip and the vet may not let her go because of it. Her lip looked like it was shaved to me (which could be explained) and puppies always fight and get bitten (which would explain little scabs). I did not find hair loss in the beginning, other than the shaved lip. They took Tia out to get used to the car ride and other people visited their house and I'm sure touched my baby. People can spread it to pups too.
I'm not saying they got it at your house, there is really no way to tell...I just know Tia had it when I got her! |
