well we'll be glad to have you in PA. I'm about 320 miles west and just a little north of where you'll be (I'm in Erie - right on the lake) so I'm not real familiar with the weather in all the "dales". I think its just one of those things that changes - one year we'll have a lot of snow the next not so much. My daughter lives in Pittsburgh (about 2.5 hours south of me) and if they get 10-12 inches it's a state of emergency which for us is not such a big deal. I have family that moved to AZ and then moved back as they missed the "seasons". I think that the beautiful falls that we have here make up for the not so nice winters.
