Mabel was under 3lb when she was spayed at six months old and did just fine. We made sure to do the blood test prior to the spaying to make sure everything was checked out. We also had her microchipped and tattooed at the same time. We kept her in a onesie for about a week and she was pretty good not trying to get at it. She's nine months old now and extremely healthy and we're so glad she and Darwin are both fixed. Good luck with your little pup and let us know how she makes out!
