I'm sorry for you and Roxie. Is she accustomed to being home alone while you are at work, and you are just worried because of her reaction to bf not being there as much? Try giving her one of your tshirts, one without tags. My boys love having one of my soft tshirts to snuggle.
Try to keep her schedule of activities as normal as possible. Also, try to maintain an upbeat, cheerful demeanor. Based on my experience with my boys, these little ones are very sensitive to their humans' emotions. She may be anxious because you are not your usual self.
