Good luck in your puppy search. I just wanted to say that spending only $500-$800 is a small amount when you are asking a breeder to hold a puppy for an additional 3 months plus asking them to deal with exporting a puppy. I've had people ask me to send puppies overseas and to island countries before. When I've checked into the export requirements it really isn't worth it. You may need to plan on spending a little more or expect to pay boarding for a breeder to hold a puppy longer - it involves extra vaccinations, food, socialization and starting potty training.
