Are her ears dripping or drooping?

At any rate, get her to the vet and get a blood, urine test, etc., to be sure she has normal blood chemistry, no fever and/or hasn't contracted something. Once she is cleared by the vet, get on this site and read all of the ways that Yorkie lovers deal with the various problems of these occasionally very delicate and sensitive little dogs. These people have realtime experience and answers and you will need to read through everything and decide what to try first, second, etc. Patient trial and error and constant positive reinforcement will go a long way toward dealing with your little girl once her health status is confirmed. But read, read, read.
