I noticed that too...about Eggland's Best.

I don't know if this technique was posted, but I put the eggs in a pot of cool water and bring to a rapid boil. Let it boil for 5 minutes, then turn the stove off, but cover the pot with a lid. Let the egg rest for about 15 minutes in the boiling water. Then submerge the egg in ice cold water for a few minutes. The shell will come off very easily.
(I've done this for over 25 years, and they always turn out perfectly.)
