Your yorkie is very young....and puppies can have a LOT of energy! Have you tried tiring her out...playing games with her...if she's bored she'll probably get into more things...chew on things she shouldn't etc...
I know it's winter....but if you can try to release some of that energy she might rest a bit more....or not be so high energy all the time. Have you tried walking her? Throwing balls she can chase around?

That's what I did for my girls when they were younger....even now if I sense them getting bored from being inside too much...we get out squeaky toys and balls...or get outside for a little bit when the weathers not too cold. When it warms up....I'd definitely take her for walks.

As she gets older she'll most likely calm down.....most likely.
