Roxy was high energy when she was that age. Some of that is probably the 'zoomies'... when they go about 50 mph through the house sounding like a herd of elephants and can last a few minutes before her energy ran down. Most of the time it happened in the evenings. Best to just stay out of her way when she kicks into gear. We always enjoyed the zoomies. But puppyhood was sure a busy time. I was able to distract her from things she shouldn't have or do with ''ah ah" and squeaker toys. She kept me plenty busy, but she has wound down to a more normal pace. The result of all the correcting her behavior as needed is now a well behaved dog that I don't have to patrol as intensely, and can trust her to stay out of trouble if we have to leave her home alone. Hang in there, it should get better. Your efforts will pay off in the end. She's over 2 yo now and continues to make me laugh every day. Gotta luv it!!!
