Default Introduction

Hi,

I live in CT. and have just lost my Yorkie, 2 months ago. Her name was Truffles and she was the love of my life. She was 15 yrs. old. I got her from a pet store as I didn't know anything of puppy mills back then. I actually didn't know much about dogs then either!
Anyway, I love Yorkshire Terriers and miss Truffles more than I knew I could.

My husband and I have found the house pretty lonely since she's been gone. I'm thinking about getting another Yorkie sometime in the future. I've found the name of a local breeder and I'm planning on getting in touch with her this week. I'd still like to wait a while as I'm not completely ready for a new puppy, but, I want to find out what might be available and when.

If anybody has any suggestions for me about what to ask a breeder or anything else, I'd welcome it.

Thanks.
Pam
