I've seen people with leashed dogs, too, and dogs in strollers. It's also not unusual for a dealer to have a dog with them, either. Pretty dog friendly. Although I would expect that if you're going through one of the areas that is enclosed, they would want you to either carry your dog or have it in a stroller type carrier, so there would be no peeing/pooping on the floors.
