As long as it's a high quality food and your pup will eat it, your good. It's the later part that gives most of us yorkie owners all the trouble! I've had a lot of success with the Wellness line, and am currently on Acana and both of mine are doing excellent
Acana is an ALS (all life stages) food so you can feed it through puppyhood and adulthood! Good luck
