Being there's no food there, that could be the reason. When I went into the super Target, I stayed away from the grocery sections. I would in Walmart also, but after seeing the signs on their doors, I won't tempt it. One of my friends and I go to the outlet malls in the summer and take our pups. Dress stores all. We do alot of camping also, and when we go into town, I take Bella and she shops with us. Never had a problem. But I keep her in my arms, purse, or pouch.
