Yes with my Schnorkie pup mill rescue-he was scared of grass...so I was litter training...most cat litter isn't a good idea for dogs...I tried corn litter at first and found out he had a corn allergy...mine got too big to fit in the litter box and by then he was rehabbed enough he was okay with going outside but honestly he used the potty pads more I wish they had this when I had gotten him...https://www.pottypatch.com/default.a...=&refcode=1002 I'd use this if in that position again.

Kenneling was the most crucial after feeding for 20 minutes then taking your pup to go potty...honestly behavior and routine are more important than "where" you teach them to go.
