I think I am going to be quite honest here. Yes there are Yorkies of all colors now. Golds, choc, platinum blonde as they say, partis in all the of mentioned colors.
When you see a breeder breeding for 5 different colors what does that say?
It does say to me money.
Yes I have Parti color yorkies and that is what I have . I have no golds, no chocs, no parti golds or chocs and make sure my line don't have those.
To me the Parti Yorkie is an thing of beauty and its getting so screwed up.
Yes people did breed golds in the 1930's and were given a cease an desist by AKC to stop. But the golds are golds and in a separate catagory.
It is in my interest to keep the golds separated from the the actual parti yorkie I believe in.
It is MY belief that the parti color yorkie should have the tri colored head at birth mixed with a white and black spots on body.
The choc can fall into this category with choc head but tan eyebrows and tan markings.
If you disagree I am open to hear it .................
