I think everyone can agree that's a Greeder not a Breeder...
I pay based on what the breeder does, they're mentality, care, knowledge, OFA certifications, genetic testing screening, DNA, AKC limited or full reg., feeding quality food, early training, after adoption care and support, their health certificate guarantee, sales contract...even though the aforementioned should be the standard of breeders in my opinion.
