I love the buddy belt i got my baby! Gizmo is also 3.5 pounds and he cant wiggle out of it! It also doesnt go around his neck which i love because i worry about his little neck!!! They are a little $$ but i love them! You wont be disappointed if you get the buddy belt with matching leash
