I use Petplan also. I've filed a few claims with them and I've never been dissatisfied. No questions asked and my reimbursement check is received within a week of filing a claim. I know with Petplan there is a medical record release form that needs to be signed and returned to them. They need to make sure there are no pre-existing conditions prior to filing any claims or you may run the risk of future claims being denied. As with anything, read the fine print.
