My dogs often throw up in the summer when they eat grass. It doesn't make them sick. They just end up with a piece in their throat that makes them gag. My cats even did this.
Knock on wood (it's winter) my Yorkie hasn't thrown up yet.....which surprises me the way he gulps food down.
