Gus has only vomited twice. One because he was playing too roughly and drand A LOT of water and the other time he got sick trying to pass a ear plug or yeah and he also vomited once when his sugar level got too low. But Nurtical did the trick.
I did have a Pom who always vomited. She would get sick on car rides, on my bed, when scarde, or playing too roughly. The vet said she was also fine. Didn't ever know why she did it so much.
