Welcome to YorkieTalk. For the Pet Silk Top Knot Gel, I dab tiny bits on my finger and then run my finger over the hairs that stick out of the topknot. Very little is needed.

I have never tried the Plush Puppy or Seabreeze products. When I'm unsure about a product, I contact the manufacturer to ask their representatives for instructions. They are always eager to help. I'm sure someone here will also be able to share how they use the cream and oil.
