I have had many pups in my home over the years. Some have had UTIs and I have NEVER seen caked on blood on them. IF I did, I would be at the vet.
I hardly doubt the OP is going to want to spend $80 for BATs, but then I dont know...maybe since you suggested it she will.

And further....how much is the ultrasound you are thinking might be needed? I am fascinated that she thinks you think like her.....and yet you are suggesting very expensive testing that only a vet can do.
