Yes I have met a dog like that my Scoobers is a pup mill dumpee.
I feel ill looking at her pics I can't imagine how she feels...if you don't find anyone in your area in the next couple days pm me...I think there are two people on here who actually run or are part of Yorkie rescues in your area...hope they jump right in here to help. |
