Amen totally agree (i have two skin kids 15 and 21) and would not let them turn a store into a playground - although it was never easy!
I think it's because if a store carries food, it's a store violation. But seriously, if you keep a tiny dog in a bag and nobody sees it, what's the harm, and yes they act better than human kids in stores!!
