I have a yorkie that is silver( or pewter, light charcoal, whatever) all over, lighter silver on head and tan on his muzzle. He had the standard Yorkie colors when we picked him out at 6 weeks and by 11 weeks when we picked him up, he had a little white spot on his head. By the time he was about 5 months we had him clipped very short-underneath all that wirey black puppy hair was this beautiful little silver bullet! At 11 months old he weighs 9.5 lbs and is all muscle! Some yorkies just suprise you-even though we were told he was a "parti" and his dad is black and white with a little tan.
