Well you have obviously colored her topknot, so can't tell thing one about her facial furnishings.
11 lbs is not unusual for a Yorkie to grow to. She is a light silver color on her back.
In terms of "dullness" of coat, I'd look first to proper nutrition, proper bathing and shampoos.
