I am a rule follower also, but he was in his bag. It was not like I was carrying him around or something. But I have to admit I was hoping no one asked what was in the bag, or bumped into someone who wanted to talk!!
I like taking him with me, and it is good for him to get out. It is pretty here today, air is a little cool but he is with me out on our screened in porch laying in the sun and loving it!!! |
