But you have to really WANT to be in control! If you let her be the Alpha, she will be, not a problem. If you want it to be you, then you have some work to do! Folks will suggest things like you eat first, then feed the pup, you go through doors first, then don't let her without permission, things like that. The training thread would give you a ton of help. You can read there for days.
The main thing is reward, praise, reward, praise for good behavior. That works for me!
