Do you give him a treat when he potties outside? I'm sure he's just trying to drive you crazy. When Logan was that age he would go outside and poop and then poop again right after he got back inside. Could about make you puke you know. I would say if he's eating and drinking normally and playing normally he's probably just trying to break you by driving you insane. Just be patience and consistent and one day he'll just get it.
