I have never had these problems in my office! The only thing that bothers me is when they don't hit the garbage with the paper towel! You stand at the sink, and the paper towel dispenser is right beside you and the garbage is right underneath. Why is that so hard? Any given day there are maybe 5 or 6 in the garbage, and another 4 or 5 scattered on the floor around the garbage.
