I really hope you get your money back! But like I said before, regardless you have an adorable little addition to your family and court costs could end up being more than that in the end....however I DO want to see justice with this woman!
To the other girl who is considering purchasing a puppy from her! RUN, RUN, RUN!!! I know you lost $100 but you say you don't have much money....if this breeder is lying to you about the breed of the pup, she could also be lying about a lot of other stuff!! Your puppy could end up with a lot of problems, therefore causing you even more expenses at the vet. Owning a dog can be very expensive so do your research and invest your money in a reputable breeder who will ensure you get a healthy, happy pup! Buy the breeder FIRST!!
