Also, so glad you found out something new from this thread! I only ever tried the Madan (aside from cruddy no name pet supply brushes), so I wasn't aware that other pin brushes are so pokey. I could see how they would hurt if not made right though, but the Madan doesn't hurt at all!
Let us know if you like the Madan stuff when you get it! I know we LOVE ours!
