I'm not sure if you can tell just by the ears. My pup has changed alot in the four weeks I've had her. Her ears have gone from both being floppy, to one up, to now both up (look at my album on my profile to see her pics). Looking at my Zoe's pics, I wouldn't think she's the damn dog...but I took all, so I know she is
But this breeder definately sounds shady.
