I took a tablespoon full and mixed in about 1/2 cup of hot water...made a thick paste...rub it all thru her hair and let it sit for 5 minutes than I rinsed her leaving some in and I blowed dried her...love it  and I also made a spray bottle full a lot thinner to use when I brush her out daily...again love it
