I can't remember how much I mix to make my spray....I have the ratio written down at home and I'm at work darn it. And I've never tried the mink oil, so I can't help you on that either.
But, if you're using the PEK as a straight conditioner after shampooing (which I do) you need to leave it on for at least 5 minutes - preferrably 10. The longer you can leave it on the better your results will be.
